The Fitness Challenge!

Welcome to the Core Fitness Solution Workout Challenge!

We're glad you're here. Do the workout described below and fill in your
information to get exclusive access to Doug's Fat Incinerator Program.

Requirements


  • You must do the workout every day for five days.
  • You must keep track of your scores and input them (either on this
    site, or via email) after you're finished.
  • You must improve your score by the end of your five days.
  • You must complete your five days by May 15.

This is a 100 rep workout challenge. The objective is
to get to 100 repetitions of the selected as fast as you can. You get
a couple of choices as to the exercises you do. You must select a
primary exercise from the first group and a secondary exercise from
the second group.

You must work up to 100 reps of your primary exercise, doing as many as
you can at a time. Every time you stop for more than a second or two, you
have to do a set of your secondary exercise (the repetitions in a set of
the secondary will vary based on the exercise you choose).

There should be little or no rest throughout the duration of the workout.
Your score is your overall time from start to finish. Keep track of your
scores for 5 days in a row and log them here or send us an email
